Discover a refreshing selection of crafted cocktails that come together with unique combinations; think a plum-infused tequila paired with elderflower and homemade Valencia soda to reimagine the timeless Paloma, a breezy cucumber vodka drizzled with watermelon syrup and a twist on the Bellini with apricot brandy, cinnamon, prosecco, and apricot foam.

The La Fresa Roja is inspired by the Italian dessert Strawberry Zabaglione with a strawberry-infused white Vermouth, while the Made in Sicily brings together pistachio batter-infused whiskey with baklava syrup taking you back to the Mediterranean dessert.
